Shipping Fees & Policies

Shipping is more than just paying UPS, FedEx or USPS. Once the order is received and printed, labour is involved to physically go into one of our warehouses, pick the order, package the order and ship it. There is also the cost of the package and the packaging material.

Minimum order is $50.00


Continental U.S. Shipping

All orders will incur a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $9.99

Over-sized and/or Over-weight products will incur additional shipping charges.
Orders that contain such items will not be charged or shipped until a final freight price has been discussed with, and approved by you.

ALL Swimming Pool Kits are subject to freight quoting and verification with the purchaser before shipping will occur.

Alaska, Hawaii, USVI & Puerto Rico Shipping Rates

All orders will incur a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $9.99

All orders outside of continental United States will incur additional air freight charges.

Over-sized and/or Over-weight products will incur additional shipping charges.

Freight Carrier

Swimming Pools USA reserves the right to choose the freight carrier.


Shipment Processing

We try our best to ship all orders within 24-72 hours of receipt (except for Saturday's, Sunday's, and Holidays) however this is not always possible. We ship from multiple locations throughout the United States. If any part of your order is back-ordered, you will be notified and given the choice of waiting for the items, or modifying and/or cancelling your order.

We are not responsible for delays in transit beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, acts of God, etc. For these situations, no refund on shipping fees will be obtainable. Although, all orders requesting an expedited shipping option are prioritized in our order processing queue, they still follow the above policy.


Technical Support

While we try to provide the most accurate information when requesting help with parts needed, it is virtually impossible for us to be familiar with every product currently on the market or even obsolete products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for shipping items that we honestly believe to be the best part for your application. You can always contact the manufacturer prior to ordering to get technical help for your product or to ensure that the part you are ordering is correct for your application.


Product Returns

Items purchased through our website may be returned if it is deemed necessary by our sales department. The purchaser is responsible to make sure that the product they order is the one they need, however we also understand that things happen that sometimes justify the return.

If a product needs to be returned, a re-stocking fee will be applied against the purchase credit for the item(s). Since many of our products are drop-shipped, the re-stocking fee will fluctuate from supplier to supplier. Additionally, so long as by no fault of the shipper, the purchaser will be responsible for any freight charges incurred to return the product.

The best course of action is to contact the sales department and explain everything to them to see what what policies would apply in your specific situation. In some cases RMA numbers may be required, so it is asked that you never return any product until you are given full instructions on how to do so.


Shipping Charges for Returns

Items purchased through our website with flat rate fees for shipping and handling does not mean that is the actual shipping charge incurred by us. If a product is returned, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit!


Order Cancellations

Orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED or changed once submitted! Our automated system processes orders immediately and sends them straight to one of our fulfillment centers. If the order is no longer wanted, after it has been processed, please consult our return policy on this site to return the items once received.


Warranty

All parts and/or products sold are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied. We cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from customer misuse or negligence.


Right of Refusal

Swimming Pools USA reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason, and to modify or amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
